Schematic Design Package

The schematic design package includes paper copies of drawings scaled to 1/8"=1'-0". These drawings do not contain details such as wall

to wall dimensions or material notes. They do include overall room sizes and generic furniture layouts and are adequate for evaluating

the suitability of the design to your needs.

Reproduction of Pencil Rendering of Front Elevation

Basement Plan - If applicable

First Floor Plan

Second Floor Plan - If applicable

Roof  Plan

Exterior Elevation line drawings - all sides
