Construction Drawing Package

The Construction Drawing package includes (6) paper copies of drawings appropriately scaled and noted to adequately define the requirements

for construction of the home. The plans are designed to comply with current model building codes adopted throughout the United States,

but due to differing climate, seismic, and soil conditions may not be wholly suitable for all regions of the country. This package also includes all

drawings contained in the Schematic Design Package.

Drawings Include:

* Detailed Foundation or Basement Plan (as applicable to the design) with wall dimensions and material notes.

* Detailed First Floor Plan and Second Floor Plan (as applicable to the design) with dimensions for walls, doors and windows.

* Roof Plan showing roof slopes and materials.

* Detailed Exterior Elevations with vertical dimensions and material descriptions.

*Typical Wall Sections - views cut through the walls from foundation to roof showing frame connections, insulation and other details of the construction.

* Electrical Layout Drawing showing suggested placement of electrical outlets, fixtures and switches.
